i went near schlesisches tor, getting to know “the hood”, and within half an hour i was on cloud nine. i took about 200 photos today. most of them for my book, hopefully finished in august 2009.

you can find these posters all over berlin, with slogans such as vive la crise, volksluxus and others. they belong to members of an anti-nato group, extremely left / liberal, who fight against yuppies, nato, captialism, globalism and godknowswhatelse… on monday, they rampaged at rosenthaler platz, cars were burning and things destroyed. just 2 hours after i left a coffeeshop there. more...

bye bye, long sunny weekend… it was really relaxing and fun. today i walked around kastanienallee towards rosenthalerplatz and i saw some well-known faces from tv every now and then. today it was sarah kuttner with a friend sitting outside a bar nearby rosenthaler platz. well yeah, this is berlin, i suppose. and no, i didn´t take a picture of them, i ain´t no stalker at all =)
